Event supports families with their health and wellbeing
Don't forget – our Family Health & Wellbeing Event takes place tomorrow, Tuesday 28th July, from 10am to 1pm at Woodchurch Methodist Church and Hall.
Everyone is welcome to come along to this free, family-friendly community event, bringing together a wide range of local health, wellbeing and support organisations all under one roof.
Whether you're looking for advice on healthy living, support for your family, information about local services, or simply want to find out what's available in your community, there will be something for everyone. Children can enjoy a range of hosted activities from our partners The Carrbridge Centre, plus face painting and seed planting, while adults can speak to local professionals and community groups in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Free refreshments will also be available with tea and coffee served in our social prescribing cafe. There'll also be complimentary snacks and drinks for children thanks to community support from Tesco.
This is a great opportunity to discover the support available locally, meet community organisations, and take positive steps towards improving your health and wellbeing.
