New Living Well Weekly Event Comes to Bidston
We’re delighted to introduce Living Well, a new weekly event series designed to support patients across our Primary Care Network to live well and age well.
Starting Wednesday 11 February, Living Well will run every Wednesday from 10.00am to 11.30am at St Oswald’s Church, Bidston. The sessions are free to attend and open to patients and members of the local community.
What is Living Well?
Living Well is a friendly, relaxed and supportive space where people can come together to learn more about maintaining their physical and mental wellbeing. Whether you’re looking for practical advice, local support, or simply a chance to connect with others, these sessions are designed with you in mind.
What to expect
Each session will offer:

Visiting organisations sharing local services and resources

Information and signposting for physical and mental health support

Time to chat, ask questions and meet others

There’s no pressure, no appointments, and no expectations — just a chance to drop in, feel supported, and take positive steps towards living well.
Who is it for?
Living Well is open to all patients across the PCN, particularly those who may benefit from extra wellbeing support, social connection, or advice on local services. You’re welcome to attend on your own or bring a friend.
