New Menopause Support Service Launches
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new PCN Menopause Support Service, extending our social prescribing services to provide practical help, guidance and support throughout the menopause journey.
Our Menopause Ambassadors are here to listen, offer friendly and confidential support, and help you access the right information and services for your individual needs. They can also refer or signpost you to appropriate health and wellbeing services, liaise with your GP, connect you with local community groups, and refer to programmes and sessions that connect you with the right support for your journey.
We understand that everyone’s menopause experience is different and sometimes knowing where to turn for support can feel overwhelming. Our aim is to make it easier to access the right help, connect with others and find support within your local community.
You don’t have to navigate the menopause alone. We’re here to listen, support and connect you with the help that’s right for you.
If you'd like to speak with our Menopause Support, please ask your practice to task our Social Prescribers and they will then contact you directly.
