Our Participation in the Local Primary Schools’ Career Exploration Event

On Thursday 25th September, we were excited to take part in a fantastic career exploration event held at two community primary schools. The event featured two 45-minute sessions at each school, where students rotated between tables hosted by professionals from a variety of sectors.
Our team joined around 10 hosts from diverse local organisations—including the police, fire services, Onward Homes, and Wirral Council—to share insights about our roles and engage with curious students. We brought along materials to showcase our work and took part in lively, informal conversations where students asked questions like “What do you enjoy most about your job?” and “What does a typical day look like?”
This interactive event provided a valuable opportunity to inspire young minds, giving them a real-world glimpse into different careers while encouraging them to ask questions and explore their futures.
We look forward to joining similar community events and continuing to support local schools in opening doors to health and wellbeing.
