Women from the Beechwood community are invited to come together, connect and focus on their wellbeing at an upcoming Well Women’s Event, designed to celebrate health, support and community.

Taking place at The Little Centre, Beechwood on Friday 20th March, 10am-2pm this vibrant event will bring together a range of supporting organisations, experts and local partners, all dedicated to helping women access the support, advice and inspiration they need to prioritise their wellbeing.

Hosted by Healthier Neighbourhoods PCN and Paxton Medical Group in partnership with The Little Centre, Visitors can explore a variety of taster sessions, pop-up stalls and interactive activities, all centred around health and wellbeing. Whether attendees are looking for guidance, new ways to relax, or simply a space to connect with other women, the events promise something for everyone.

Women attending are encouraged to bring a friend, meet new people and enjoy a welcoming space to learn, share, chat, and take part in activities designed to support mind and body.

Wirral organisation, Kaizen Wirral Mindset CIC will be kicking the event off at 10am as they host a lively “Wake Up Shake Up”  session, setting the tone for a fun day of female empowerment.

Throughout the event, visitors can also unwind during a dedicated relaxation session, offering a calm and restorative moment within a busy and inspiring event.

Speaking about the Womens Wellbeing Event, Healthier Neighbourhood PCN said:
