Baking Together Dementia Workshop - Tuesday 6th October
Join us at our baking together dementia workshop in partnership with Beechwood Community Shop. Tuesday 6th October 1.30pm-3pm. A welcome cafe space providing cookng and creative activities to support wellbeing, connection and joyful moments together. Venue: The Community Shop, Manor House, Beechwood Drive, CH43 7ZU. If you're supporting a friend or family member living with dementia or memory impairment please come and join us.
Cancer Wellbeing support Group - Tuesday 6th October
Join us Tuesday 6th October 10am-11am at Paxton Medical Group, Claughton, for our Cancer wellbeing event. Our wellbeing team will be on hand to help with any information you need. They can also signpost and refer you to our community partners. A friendly and welcoming group, refreshments provided.
Walk & Talk Group - Tuesday 6th October
Walk + Talk Group. Join our wellbeing team on Tuesday at 11am in the reception area of Paxton Medical Group, Claugton, as they head out to Birkenhead Park for the weekly walk and talk. Suypporting physical and mental health, our team will be on hand to listen and support. A warm and welcoming group. All welcome.
Carers Coffee Social - Thursday 8th October
Are you a carer? Join us this week for our Carers Coffee Social Thursday 1pm-2pm at Heatherlands Medical Centre this Thursday at 1pm. If you're caring for a friend or family member come along for support, signposting and good conversation. Refreshments are provided.
