Tuesday 17th Feb - 'Healthier Neighbourhoods Club' - A free and supportive weight loss and health improvement group. Drop in to the practice 9.30am-10.30am Paxton Medical Group Claughton. Join our Health Coaches on this inclusive and supportive programme to improve your health. 

Tuesday 17th Feb - Walk + Talk Group - Join the group for some fresh air, gentle exercise and good company! If you're joining us for the Healthier Neighbourhood club you're also welcome to stay on and join us for some steps! 11am start- Meeting at the reception area Paxton Medical Group, Claughton you'll then head out to Birkenhead Park with our Health Coaches for some steps and a good chat.

Wednesday 18th Feb - We'll be back at St Oswald's Church, Bidston, as our new Living Well event series continues. A superb show of support last week, thanks to everyone who joined us. We're looking forward to welcoming you.  Each Wednesday from 10am-11.30am we'll be joined by connected organisations from across Wirral, signposting and supporting you to help you and your loved ones live well. This is a warm and welcoming event providing:

  • Wellbeing support
  • Visiting partner organisations
  • Supporting your physical & mental health
  • Signposting information and advice
  • Refreshments Provided

Wednesday 18th Feb - Join us for our Cancer Wellbeing Event series. This programme supports anyone living with cancer. We've teamed up with some of the leading organisations across Wirral so each week we'll have a guest speaker on hand to answer your questions and provide support. This is a warm and welcoming group. Refreshments provided. 11am-12noon Heatherlands Medical Centre Contact your practice and ask to be referred to our cancer coordinator- who will be happy to book you a place. Or feel free to just turn up on the day. 

Thursday 19th Feb - Carers Afternoon Social - Are you a carer? Come and join our welcoming and supportive group. We share ideas, information and support, all over a great cuppa! No appointment needed just drop in between 1-2pm at Heatherlands Medical Centre

Saturday 20th Feb - Our ABL Stop Smoking support service continues at Claughton Medical Centre every Saturday 8.30am- 12noon. Appointments are essential. You can self refer here and ABL will contact you for an appointment. If you're looking for support to stop smoking ABL are here to help.
