Tuesday 23rd June- 10am- 11.30am Cancer Wellbeing Support Group - Join our Care Coordinators, for this warm and welcoming event, hosted at Paxton Medical Group, Claughton. Support and signposting for anyone living with cancer or supporting anyone who is. A lovely group, sharing advice, ideas and information and providing useful and practical support. Resfreshments provided.
Tuesday 23rd June - 11am-12noon *WARM WEATHER EXPECTED* Weekly Wellbeing Walk - Join our team of social prescribers and care coordinators, join us for some fresh air, and good company! Our team will be on hand to listen to you, talk through any problems you may be facing and signpost to help and support. Come and enjoy the company of others; our wellbeing walk gives the perfect excuse to get out of the house! This week we'll meet in the reception area of Claughton Medical Centre, and head to Birkenhead Park. With warm weather expected please dress for the weather and protect yourself with Sun cream and a sun hat, please bring a drink with you to stay hyrdated. This week we will try and keep to a more shaded route.
Thursday 25th June - Carers Afternoon Social - Are you a carer? Come and join our welcoming and supportive group. We share ideas, information and support, all over a great cuppa! No appointment needed just drop in between 1-2pm at Heatherlands Medical Centre
