Tuesday 4th August - 11am-12noon Weekly Wellbeing Walk - Join our team of social prescribers and care coordinators, join us for some fresh air, and good company! Our team will be on hand to listen to you, talk through any problems you may be facing and signpost to help and support. Come and enjoy the company of others; our wellbeing walk gives the perfect excuse to get out of the house! This week we'll meet in the reception area of Claughton Medical Centre, and head to Birkenhead Park.
Tuesday 4th August- We'll be supporting Woodchurch Connect and Munch To Go for their 'Feed The Kids' Campaign - free kids lunches and fun at The Woodchurch Pub. Our social prescriber will be on hand to help and sign post to support. See poster for details.
Thursday 6th August- Carers Afternoon Social - Are you a carer? Come and join our welcoming and supportive group. We share ideas, information and support, all over a great cuppa! No appointment needed just drop in between 1-2pm at Heatherlands Medical Centre, Woodchurch.
