Tuesday 7th April - 11am-12noon  (NEW) Spring Wellbeing Walk - Join our team of social prescribers and care coordinators, join us for some fresh air, and good company! Our team will be on hand to listen to you, talk through any problems you may be facing and signpost to help and support. Come and enjoy the company of others; our wellbeing walk gives the perfect excuse to get out of the house! This week we'll meet in the reception area of Claughton Medical Centre, and head to Birkenhead Park. 

Wednesday 8th April - 10am-11.30am We'll be back at St Oswald's Church, Bidston, as our new Living Well event series continues. A superb show of support last week, thanks to everyone who joined us. We're looking forward to welcoming you.  Each Wednesday we'll be joined by connected organisations from across Wirral, signposting and supporting you to help you and your loved ones live well. This week we will be joined by our social prescribers. This is a warm and welcoming event providing:

  • Wellbeing support
  • Visiting partner organisations
  • Supporting your physical & mental health
  • Signposting information and advice
  • Refreshments Provided

Thursday 9th April - Carers Afternoon Social - Are you a carer? Come and join our welcoming and supportive group. We share ideas, information and support, all over a great cuppa! No appointment needed just drop in between 1-2pm at Heatherlands Medical Centre

Saturday 11th April - Our ABL Stop Smoking support service continues at Claughton Medical Centre every Saturday 8.30am- 12noon. Appointments are essential. You can self refer here and ABL will contact you for an appointment. If you're looking for support to stop smoking ABL are here to help.
